Key Responsibilities:

Depending on your skills and interests, your role will include a combination of the following tasks:

• Marketing Campaigns Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns.
• Email Marketing Develop and manage impactful newsletter campaigns.
• E-Commerce Support Assist with maintaining and enhancing our Shopify website.
• Content Creation Produce compelling content for our social media and digital channels.
  

Additional Opportunities Based on Your Profile:

• Collaborating with B2B retailers to strengthen partnerships.
• Supporting public relations campaigns.
• Assisting with product development and innovation.
• Organizing community events.
• Creating content related to activism.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for someone who is passionate, proactive, and eager to learn. Key traits and skills we value include:

• A solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• A good commercial understanding and a creative eye for detail.
• Familiarity with design tools (such as InDesign) is a plus.
• Experience with marketing campaigns or a strong interest in digital marketing.
• Enthusiasm for fashion and design, with a willingness to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
• A passion for activism, social justice, and political issues.
• Excellent English communication skills.
  

About the Position:

Please apply if you're truly excited. This position is ideal for junior professionals at the start of their careers, but also suitable to those with more industry experience. The final role will be shaped based on the strengths and skills of the right candidate.

• We would like you to start as soon as possible.
• The duration of the position is 4-6 months, with the possibility to continue depending on the situation.
• You can work 3-4 days per week.
• The position is based in Helsinki.
