You are entitled to return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery or pick-up. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

For the return to be accepted, items must be in essentially the same condition in which they were sold, with any seals intact.
For hygiene reasons, please do not try on earrings if you are planning to return them.
Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged.

In store

Bring your item to our studio during opening hours:
Tue–Fri 12:00–18:00 / Sat 12:00–16:00

AIDA impact will refund the item price within 30 days of receiving the return, to your original payment method.
