Sales Assistant Summer 2026

Aida is an independent jewellery brand and concept space in Helsinki. We combine jewellery, art and storytelling, and this summer we’re looking for someone to join our team.

The role is based in our shop and studio on Hämeentie. You’ll take care of customers, support the daily rhythm of the space and help maintain the visual atmosphere.

The role includes customer service and sales, supporting daily tasks in the shop and studio, and taking care of the visual atmosphere and styling of the space and clients.

We’re looking for someone warm, social and proactive, with an eye for detail and aesthetics. You have a genuine interest in jewellery, fashion, art and design, and you’re fluent in Finnish and English. Previous retail experience is appreciated but not required.

We also have a tiny in-store bookshop, so an interest in literature is considered a plus.

You’re available to work flexibly during July and August & possibly also after that.

Goldsmith (freelance) 

The role covers everything from weekly repairs and commission work to product development. You'll work independently and bring your own expertise to the table, while collaborating closely with us on new ideas and techniques.

What you'll be doing:
• Repair and commission work on a weekly basis
• Supporting Aida's design team in product development
• Advising on methods, materials and techniques when needed

What we're looking for:
• Strong professional experience and the ability to work independently
• Ability to deliver quality work reliably and efficiently
• Clear communication and a proactive approach
• Stone setting skills are a plus, but not required

You'll need your own workspace and tools, and ideally you're based in central Helsinki.
