Reserve our studio to design the jewellery of your dreams!
Gather your closest friends and join us at our Aida studio for a creative jewellery-making hour. Our Aida team will guide you in designing meaningful pieces for the special day.
WHAT Book our studio for private use with your group and enjoy a fun, creative experience designing unique jewellery together. The Aida team will craft the pieces for you. You will receive the finished jewellery either on the spot or within 1–2 weeks, depending on the item.
PRICE Reserving the space is completely free – there's no minimum purchase or fee. You only pay for what you choose to design or buy. Feel free to bring everyone along, even if they're just there for the fun and not designing jewellery.
CATERING You are welcome to bring refreshments and snacks of your choice – we'll provide glasses, plates or anything else you might need to make the experience enjoyable.
MATERIALS During the event, you'll have the opportunity to design jewellery using Aida's selection of materials such as our Amulets, Akoya pearls and freshwater pearls, silver/gold-plated silver and 9/14k gold.
GROUP SIZE Minimum 4 people, maximum 14. If you’re interested in a group larger than that, please contact us via email.
BOOKING Check our calendar to find a time that works best for your group. If you can't find a suitable slot, feel free to contact us – we’ll help arrange a time that fits your group’s schedule. The duration of the event is about 1-2 hours, based on your needs.
The Aida Studio is located at Hämeentie 26, Helsinki.

We know that special and confident feeling when you wear your favourite jewellery, and we want your go-to pieces to last for years and even be loved by the next generations. Here is how to care for your Aida jewellery so it will stay beautiful for as long as possible.
METALS
At Aida we use recycled silver, gold-plated silver, and 9K and 14K gold in our jewellery.
9K and 14K gold pieces do not tarnish and keep their colour. Recycled silver and gold-plated silver can lose their shine over time, so they need a bit of extra care<3
To protect your jewellery:
• Take off your jewellery before showering, exercising, sleeping, or going to the sauna.
• Avoid water, perfume, and hairspray as they can damage the surface or plating.
• Clean your jewellery with warm soapy water and a soft cloth, then dry it well.
• Do not use strong cleaners or polishing liquids, especially on gold-plated jewellery.
How to store your jewellery:
• Keep each piece in its own pouch, bag, or jewellery box compartment to prevent scratching or tangling.
• Store silver and gold separately to avoid tarnishing.
• All Aida pieces have small safety rings called jump rings. We suggest tightening them every few years to keep your jewellery safe.
PEARLS
Pearls are natural and very delicate, so they need gentle care.
• Avoid getting pearls wet and remove them before showering, sleeping, exercising, or going to the sauna.
• Clean them only when needed using a soft, damp cloth with lukewarm water and a little mild soap.
• Do not soak pearls in water or use very hot or very cold water.
• Keep pearls away from perfume, hairspray, and cleaning products as these can damage their shine.
How to store pearls:
• Store pearls in a soft pouch or box where they can breathe and keep their natural moisture.
• Do not store them in plastic bags or airtight containers, as this can make them lose their shine.
