Terms and conditions
General
These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted to AIDA impact's webshop on www.aida-impact.myshopify.com covering all purchase agreements that a consumer enters into online with AIDA impact. These terms and conditions may be updated and vary from time to time, which is why we ask you to read the terms and conditions previous to every order you place in the Webshop.
A binding purchase agreement is entered into as soon as your order has been confirmed by us and an order confirmation has been sent from AIDA impact to the e-mail address you submitted. If an item happens to run out of stock before the status has been correctly updated on the Webshop, AIDA impact will notify you of this by e-mail. AIDA impact reserves the right to decline or rescind a purchase agreement if fraud or other actions similar to fraud, such as unlawful use of another person’s credit card, are suspected.To place an order in the Webshop you must be at least 18 years old and not under guardianship. AIDA impact presumes that minors who carry out purchases submit truthful information of their age and/or possess the necessary consent from their custodian to purchase the item(s). If not, the buyer may become liable for the possible costs an invalid agreement may involve.
Payment
Payment is possible in the currencies set out in the Webshop. Payment is currently made in Euro (€) for shipments in Finland.
AIDA impact uses Paytrail payment services partner.
AIDA impact reserves the right to check the cardholder’s address, the card’s validity, and that your account has the capacity to be charged with the full amount. AIDA impactreserves the right to decline a purchase.
Delivery
Normally the time of delivery within Finland is 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri) after AIDA impact has accepted and confirmed your order. However, due to Corona virus epidemic we have limited staff as the delivery time may take longer up to 7 working days.
PACKAGES RETURNED AS UNDELIVERABLE
If a purchase sent to you is returned as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping and processing. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return items as well as the returned order.
Delay
Should your order be delayed you will receive a message of this, including a new suggested time of delivery, at the latest within 15 days after you submitted your order. You may cancel the order if you do not accept the new suggested time of delivery. If your order has been delayed, and the new suggested time of delivery has been accepted but the order has not yet been delivered within 15 working days after the new estimated time of delivery, you may always cancel the order by notifying our customer services team. If such a delay should occur, whereby you choose to cancel the order, we will repay the prepaid amount to you. If the order has already been dispatched you will have to return the ordered items in order to receive repayment. We will pay the cost of the return.
Transport
Should you discover any damage to the package prior to opening it please report this to AIDA impact Customer Care (info@aidaimpact.com) and the postal agent where you collected the package, as soon as possible. Items that are damaged during transportation are replaced by AIDA impact free of charge. If you have already opened the package when you notice the damage, please follow the return, damage and claim instructions.
Collection and use of personal data
AIDA impact collects the data necessary for the processing and invoicing of the order. AIDA impact processes the customer’s personal data in accordance with the laws relating to data protection applicable in Finland. AIDA impact does not sell, distribute or rent the data to third parties. AIDA impact does not transfer the collected personal data to third parties for purposes other than those relating to the processing of the order or possible debt collection measures. AIDA impact retains the right to transfer data relating to a customer to the authorities if the customer has acted against law or contrary to good practice.
The customer has the right to review, rectify or erase the data on him/her from the customer register. For this purpose, please make a request in writing to the address info@aidaimpact.com. .
Returns and exchanges
You are entitled to return or change your items within 30 days from the time of delivery or when the is ready to be picked up at the studio. Please note that financial responsibility for the shipping is customer's.
For the return to be accepted the returned/changed items must be essentially in the same condition in which they were sold and with any seals intact. This does not apply if the items were damaged or otherwise changed due to any measure necessary to examine them, or due to any other circumstance not related to the consumer.

Please include your name in the package, with a note ”return/change”.
AIDA impact will repay the price of the item as soon as possible, however at the latest within 30 days from the date the item was returned and received by us.
The funds will be returned to your original method of payment. If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card.
For hygiene reasons do not try the earrings on, in case you are planning to return them.
Please note that custom-made products cannot be returned or changed.

We give one year guarantee on all our products.

We ensure that all products are meticulously checked through our quality control procedures before being dispatched to our customers. We work hard to avoid the emergence of damages or defects in our products. Should you find that an item despite this is damaged or otherwise defective, we will replace your item with a new sample of the item in question, if a new one is available. If a new item is not available, you will be refunded with the original cost of the item and the return cost, unless the defect can be repaired. If the damaged item was part of an order containing other purchased items, the cost of the original delivery will not be refunded. You are asked to always examine your received products at the time of delivery and as soon as possible report any deviations from your order to us.
We will refund you as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days from the date the returned item is received by AIDA impact, and we have established that the item is damaged or otherwise defective. Always save your receipt. The funds will be returned to your original method of payment. If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card.
Colours
We cannot guarantee that the colors on Webshop photos appearing in the reflect the colors in reality. They can be reflected in different ways depending on for example your device screen and the computer settings.
