Operations & Project Coordinator
(part-time)

We are now looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to join our team and support the operational backbone of the brand.

This is a hands-on, responsibility-heavy role, well suited for someone looking for a part-time position alongside studies or other commitments. The role combines operations, coordination and communication.

Responsibilities
Operational and financial support
Basic financial tracking and coordination with accounting partners
Supporting funding reports and documentation
Supporting campaigns, events and launches
Maintaining timelines, checklists and internal communication

Other possible tasks
PR and collaboration coordination
Communications coordination

Requirements
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Structured working style and good prioritisation skills
Ability to manage multiple processes in parallel
Comfort with basic financial workflows, documentation and digital tools
Clear written communication skills in English and Finnish (ability to write reports and documentation in both languages)
Interest in fashion, jewellery, design and culture in an international context
