Palautukset & palautusohjeet

Haluamme, että voit tehdä ostoksesi huoletta.
Voit palauttaa tai vaihtaa tuotteesi 14 päivän kuluessa tilauksen vastaanottamisesta.
Lahjatilaukset (pois lukien kaiverretut tuotteet) voi palauttaa tai vaihtaa toukokuun loppuun asti.

Huomioithan:

• Tuotteen tulee olla käyttämätön ja alkuperäisessä kunnossa
• Kaiverretuilla tai mittatilauksena tehdyillä tuotteilla ei ole palautusoikeutta
• Hygieniasyistä korvakoruilla ei ole palautusoikeutta
• Asiakas vastaa palautuksen toimituskuluista

Palautusohjeet

1. Ota yhteyttä meihin
   Lähetä sähköposti osoitteeseen hello@aidaimpact.com tai soita 040 834 9288 ja kerro:
   – tilausnumerosi
   – mitä tuotetta palautat / vaihdat
   – haluatko palautuksen vai vaihdon
2. Pakkaa tuote huolellisesti
   Käytä alkuperäistä pakkausta ja varmista, että tuote on suojattu hyvin kuljetusta varten.
3. Lähetä paketti
   Suosittelemme palautukseen Postin tai Matkahuollon pakettia.

Säilytä kuitti ja lähetystunnus, kunnes palautus on käsitelty.

4. Hyvitys
   Kun palautus on saapunut meille ja tarkistettu, hyvitämme maksun alkuperäiselle maksutavalle.

Returns & Exchanges Instructions

We want you to feel confident when placing your order.
You can return or exchange your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Gift orders (excluding engraved items) can be returned or exchanged until the end of May.

Please note:

Items must be unused and in their original condition
Engraved and custom-made pieces are non-returnable
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Return Instructions

1. Contact us
   Email us at shop@aidaimpact.com or call +358 40 834 9288, and include:
   – your order number
   – the item you wish to return or exchange
   – whether you prefer a refund or an exchange
2. Pack the item carefully
   Use the original packaging and make sure the item is well protected.
3. Send the package
   We recommend using Posti or Matkahuolto parcel services.

4. Refund
